Rosemary Huf, GRI, has been a member of the Teague Real Estate Team at Keller William Home Town Realty since 2007, bringing more than 18 years of residential sales and commercial property management experience – 10 of which are in the Frederick and Montgomery County, MD and Northern Virginia areas. She started that tenure as a residential salesperson in Maryland. She is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania.
Historically, Rosemary has been involved in commercial property management since 1999 starting with a diversified portfolio of retail and mixed use industrial totaling over 100,000 SF in Pennsylvania and currently with an office portfolio totaling over 800,000 SF in Northern Virginia. For all of these properties, Rosemary represented the Landlords, United Investment Properties, RREEF and Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRIT).
After graduating from Brandywine College in Wilmington, Delaware, with an Associate Degree in Accounting, Rosemary continued her studies at Villanova University and later at the University of Maryland. After obtaining a Real Estate license in Maryland, she completed the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). Rosemary has been a member of the Frederick County Board of Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors. She has also been a member of the Woman’s Council of Realtors. To further her background in real estate, Rosemary has taken all of the basic courses for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. She was active on the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter and served as its’ Treasurer.
Currently, Rosemary is a candidate member of the CCIM and is a member of the DC/VA Real Estate Investment Group.
Rosemary resides in Brunswick, MD, with her husband.
